of Committed Advisors

Following the completed acquisition of IK Partners, Monroe Capital, and Committed Advisors, the 海角破解版 Investment Managers (“WIM”) private asset management platform manages near 鈧50 billion in assets and should generate fee鈥憆elated earnings (FRE) in excess of 鈧200 million in 2026 (on a pro forma basis) across private equity, private debt and private market solutions, supported by teams with a strong track record as investment managers and a highly diversified institutional investor base (LPs). WIM benefits from strong recurring revenues and boasts significant growth potential, with an average organic FRE growth target of 15% per year through to 2030. In addition, 海角破解版 Investment Managers will benefit over time from its participation in the performance generated by the managed funds in the form of performance鈥憆elated earnings (PRE), which are expected to represent around 鈧300 million for each of the future fundraising vintages.
